The agreement
Slipsort is provided by Under Bridges Entity (Pty) Ltd. Using it means agreeing to these terms and to the privacy policy. South African law governs.
What Slipsort is, and is not
Slipsort keeps and organises your till slips and produces packs from them. It reads details from slips automatically and flags what it is unsure of, but you confirm the numbers: the packs are records you assemble, not advice. Slipsort is not an accountant, not a tax practitioner, and nothing in it is tax or financial advice. Whether a record satisfies SARS in a particular case is a question for your accountant.
Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself; what happens under your account is yours. You must be able to enter this agreement under South African law. During the beta, service may be interrupted and features may change without notice.
Your content
Your slips are yours. You give us only the licence needed to store, process and display them back to you and to whoever you share a pack with. Your slip images are always downloadable, on every plan. Deleting is always available and always honoured.
Paid plans
Sorted is a subscription billed monthly or annually, through the App Store on iOS or by card on the web. Cancelling stops future billing; you keep Sorted until the end of the period you paid for. Statutory cooling-off rights under the Consumer Protection Act and the ECT Act are honoured where they apply.
Limits
The service is provided as it stands. To the extent South African law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
Ending things
You can stop using Slipsort and delete your account at any time. We can suspend accounts used unlawfully or abusively. If we ever discontinue the service, you get notice and a window to export everything first.
